Author, attorney, diplomat and daughter of John F. and Jacqueline, 59-year-old Caroline Kennedy sports a small butterfly on the underside of her right forearm, reportedly the result of a late-night bar bet with her cousins in the 1980s.
The country legend, now 71, has an angel tattoo on her left arm and a butterfly with flowers on her famous chest. "They're mostly for my husband," she said in an interview on "The Today Show."

Aniston, 48, has "Norman" written on the inside of her right foot in honor of her Welsh Corgi-Terrier, who died in 2011 at age 15. "I never thought that would ever happen," the "Friends" star says. "It's just my way to pay homage to him ... forever."
