Imagine taking away the medium you work with. Greek artist Milton Manetas did. He is a painter who abandoned paint. Recuperating after a terrible car accident in 2010, Manetas started painting over the landscape from his bed. "That's how the invisible paintings were born and from that moment, I decided to continue my life by painting it at the same time. A few days after my 'discovery,' keeping my Blackberry on my left hand, I started filming whatever it was that I was painting. A Blackberry and a brush is now all that I need for a studio."
Manetas' Blackberry Painting series is a magical take on what it means to work with a brush and a smartphone. Check out the results below.
